合作辦學外方收費說明

一、背景江蘇聯合職業技術學院徐州財經分院擬與美國埃弗里特學院合作開辦會計專業4+1合作辦學項目，每班預計招生人數為30人。

二、國際課程教學模式

1.在中國學校的第4年植入國際課程，引進美國埃弗里特學院3-4門課（由外方比對課程后選擇3門課），每門課外方派遣師資一名，參與這3門課的教學。課時2周左右。

2.教學模式

A.外方來中方院校每門課授課兩周，此門課剩余的課時可通過網絡教學。

B.外方來中方院校每門課授課兩周，此門課剩余的課時可通過培訓當地老師來完成。培訓時間為2天左右?？衫弥芰芴靵硗瓿膳嘤?。

三、國際課程教學外方成本

1.教師派遣費用

A.教師薪資：美元1200-1900/周+30%（含：每周給學生講授15節課，外加5節課時的與當地師資的教學交流）

B.交通費用：西雅圖-教學地點的往返機票或高鐵車票，機場或車站到教學點之間的出租車費，按實計算。

C.中方學校為外方人員提供住宿。

D.餐費由外方人員自理。

E.外方不收取課程的知識產權費用。

F.課程教材由中方院校解決。，根據教學大綱和課程描述在當地選擇合適的中英文教材。

2.中方老師赴美培訓費用

外方國際辦公室幫助解決培訓費用，可免費為中方人員培訓（含每周15個學時的聽課費用，5個學時的與當地師資的教學交流）。中方人員自理往返機票與食宿費用。

3.項目費

為更好地促進項目的順利進行，提高學生的英語水平，能夠讓語言不成為最后一年赴美國埃弗里特學院學習的障礙，順利獲得雙方院校的畢業證書，并且及時協調合作辦學過程中出現的各種問題，外方特設項目跟蹤與協調服務，服務內容如下：

1)Guidance for English teaching:

英語強化教學指導

The instructor will learn about the syllabus of English in each institute, communicate on the teaching strategy and results with the concerned English teachers at any time when needed, and offer the advices on teaching to them.

精通每所分院的教學大綱，每年與分院負責英語教學老師隨時溝通教學大綱，教學要點與教學成果，交流教學的指導性建議。

2)Survey and Evaluation of English Teaching

英語教學評估與調研

A.Twice every year.

每年2次。

B.The instructor will go to the institute to have a talk with all the concerned English teachers in charge of the listening, speaking, reading, and writing, learning about the progress of students’ study of English, communicating solutions for occurred troubles, and offering useful advices for improvement.

赴校與分院負責聽、說、讀、寫的老師舉行座談，交流和了解學生英語學習狀況，并給出提高英語教學的指導性意見和解決方案。

C. At same time, the instructor will take six to ten students at random for sampling, communicating face to face their progress and difficulties of study, and offering them the proper method and good advices for English improvement.

同時，也抽樣6-10個三個不同成績層次學生，進行面對面交流學習情況，并給出指導性意見。

3)Test of English Proficiency

英語能力期末測試

A.Twice every year.

每年2次。

B.At the end of each semester, the instructor will have an examination for students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing in form of oral test and paper test to learn about the status quo of their English proficiency.

舉行聽、說、讀、寫以面試口試以及書面試卷方式對學生的真實水平進行綜合測評。

C.The instructor will set the examination paper and questions and supervise the whole procedure of examination.

擬定考試試卷，監督考試全過程。

4)Evaluation report

英語能力評估

a)Twice every year.

每年2次。

b)Making the evaluation report to each student, evaluating their weaknesses and strengths, and offering guidance for improving their study methods in the following semester.

測評后對每個學生給出水平評估報告以及指導性意見。

c)Communicating with their English Teachers for the results of evaluation.

與班級英語老師交流評估結果。
